Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for  a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non refundable

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@casadeskorah.com. Customer is responsible for the return shipping.

All "Sale" items are FINAL.

All International shipments are FINAL.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will either issue a refund or send you a new item.

Because most of our products are handmade and handcrafted, small imperfections and variations of the textile are to be celebrated and will not be considered defective.

Casa de Korah is not responsible for lost, stolen items, or items damaged during shipping.
